Figures in the strategy comparison

Simulation

Every card in the strategy comparison shows four figures from the Monte Carlo simulation: 1,000 random market scenarios (paths), calculated with your assumptions for return, volatility and planned budget. All strategies start with the same planned budget – differences come from the withdrawal rule.

The four figures answer two questions: Does your wealth hold up? And how steady does your budget stay? Only together do they give a complete picture – a strategy can be strong on wealth and fluctuate on budget, or the other way round.
